Our sessions will be collaborative, meaning we will work together to create a personalized plan that combines my expertise with your unique knowledge of yourself. First session is free
Your first session is free because it allows me to get to know you, understand what you’re looking to overcome, and how I can support that. It's important for me to assess whether I can effectively help you and if your needs align with my expertise. This initial session ensures we start off on the right foot, with a clear understanding of how we can work together towards your mental health goals.
make a plan
After our first session, I will make a plan for our collaboration based on what I think will be a best fit for you. This plan is the foundation upon which we build together, and will likely be edited as we progress on the journey.
Schedule in advance
If you agree to the suggested plan, you should schedule your sessions with me in advance, as I don’t take bookings for the current week.
You can get a 10% discount by paying up front for the month.
